Can I pay off my Chapter 13 Plan early or in one lump sum?

While there are some restrictions, in the Northern District of Illinois, it is permissible and encouraged that debtors pay off their Plan as quickly as possible. The sooner the confirmed Plan and related pot of money is received and distributed, the sooner the order of discharge will follow.
