How long does the initial meeting in your office take?
A typical initial intake will take approximately 1 ½ hours. The more prepared you are with documentation the faster the meeting and analysis will go. Please bear in mind the initial consultation needs to be thorough, not fast, so when it is concluded you will be fully informed of your rights and responsibilities under bankruptcy law. Bringing you to that status cannot be rushed.
To accommodate your needs in as efficient a manner as possible, our office is set up with a kid friendly waiting area offering toys, books, TV and DVD entertainment. There is also video surveillance of the waiting area so you can keep an eye on your children while we meet.
