Stops interest, late fees and over limit fees on credit cards

Can my credit card creditors continue to charge interest, late fees and over limit fees while I make payments in a Chapter 13 Plan?

Generally, no. Only certain secured creditors are allowed to continue charging interest while you are making payments through a Chapter 13 Plan. Past due property taxes and payment on a car loan "crammed-down" inside the Plan are examples. Unsecured creditors, even though receiving pro rata payment through the plan, must stop accruing interest, late fees and over limit fees.
